Requirements Analysis AI launches software transformation tool

Requirements Analysis AI has launched a cloud-based analysis tool, set to transform requirements analysis from a bottleneck into an intelligent, automated catalyst.

The fear of project failure could become a thing of the past thanks to this new AI service that addresses one of software engineering's most expensive problems.

The timing is critical. Industry reports show that 37% of software projects fail due to inaccuraterequirements, with errors costing up to 1,000 times more to fix when found late in development. Requirements Analysis AI's cloud-based platform analyses requirements instantly against a comprehensive quality checklist, helping companies to avoid these costly mistakes.

Ed Liversidge, CEO of Requirements Analysis AI, said: "Working on DO-178C aerospace projects, I witnessed firsthand how requirements errors could cascade into major delays and budget overruns.

"What's remarkable is that 70% of errors in embedded safety-critical software originate in the requirements phase, yet 80% aren't found until system integration or later. We've created a tool that catches these issues instantly, when they're least expensive to fix."

The service, which emerged from real-world aerospace engineering experience, offers a free trial which is enough to analyse 64 requirements. For enterprise customers, particularly those in aerospace and defence, the platform provides enhanced security through private GPUs, encrypted requirements storage and on-premises deployment options.

Liversidge said: "Our vision is a world where requirements drive innovation, not slow it down.

"We're seeing companies save up to 33% of their requirements analysis time while dramatically reducing their risk of project failure. It's about turning requirements from a bottleneck into a catalyst for faster, smarter innovation."
