Stratajet unveils UK & European charter partnerships opportunities
Stratajet has a simple aim, to rid the business aviation industry of the inefficiencies that hamper its wider adoption. It will allow consumers to fully enjoy the benefits of private aviation with real-time booking, not just quote generation, and an approach that seeks to maximise time saved in point-to-point travel not airfield to airfield as is currently the case.
Until now only six selected UK charter companies have been working with Stratajet and using the Stratafleet services. The opening up of Stratafleet to a wider number of charter companies will significantly increase the capacity of the platform ahead of a full launch to business jet consumers later in the year.
Working with existing partners has demonstrated a number of step-changes for the business aviation industry including the charter companies having access to real-time airfield pricing and being able to track and analyse profitability and utilisation of aircraft in real-time. In addition, charter operators benefit from and a number of tools that make day-to-day operations easier and more productive. All of these aspects are totally scalable – in fact the more aircraft capacity available to Stratajet the more efficiently it can utilise charter operators’ fleets.
The result is a technology platform that will integrate seamlessly with charter companies’ existing systems providing a better route to the business jet consumer than is currently available. Stratajet has spent three years developing a technology platform that can handle the complex demands of the business aviation industry – planning work that has been implemented manually is now efficiently processed by Stratajet.
Jonathan Nicol, managing director of Stratajet said: “We have benefited enormously through the work we have done with our existing charter partners. We have demonstrated that Stratafleet is a robust technology platform that with greater capacity will deliver even greater efficiency to business aviation. We are moving swiftly towards a launch later year where consumers will be able to enjoy straightforward e-commerce for business aviation in the same way they do in myriad of other aspects of their lives.”
