Symbiotics launches ADAPT Online Screening

Symbiotics Ltd announced today the launch of its ADAPT Online Pilot Selection - a comprehensive suite of assessment and selection tools for the aviation sector.

ADAPT(TM) Online Pilot Selection has been developed by Symbiotics Ltd’s psychologists, pilots and training experts over many years and is fully accessible on demand from any location.

ADAPT (TM) Online Pilot Selection is one of a number of ADAPT (Assessment, Development and Performance Testing) products, developed by Symbiotics Ltd; featuring  64 proven aviation specific psychological profiles mapped to 64 specific aviation training organisation profiles, that integrate for fitting individuals to roles, taking nationality and culture into account.

It can be used by aviation organisations anywhere in the world with a wide range of contextual settings for different cultures, languages, specific air domains or environmental situations and can even be used to produce bespoke reports on specific analyses.  Test styles are non discriminatory  to gender, ethnicity, age or learning backgrounds, Aviation clients can even apply corporate branding to test interfaces for use in recruitment campaigns.

Aircraft deliveries see strongest half-year figures since 2019

Commercial aircraft deliveries in the first half of 2025 rose by nearly a fifth compared to the same period in 2024, according to ADS, marking the strongest January-to-June delivery performance since 2019, with an increase of nearly 100 deliveries compared to the same period last year.
