Thales to debut DigitalCrew tracking capabilities at IAVC

Thales is set to debut the tracking capabilities of DigitalCrew this week at the International Armoured Vehicles Conference (IAVC)being held 21st-23rd January 2025 at the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre.

Integrating with Thales’ Panoramic Above Armour Gimbal (PAAG), attendees can experience, for the first time in the UK and at an open event, the power of DigitalCrew live from the show.
 
Developed by Thales in the UK, DigitalCrew is an advanced suite of conventional and AI-powered algorithms, designed to assist vehicle crews by automating some critical sensory functions.

Thales emphasises that this is a transformative solution which reduces cognitive burden with a virtual assistant, redefining situational awareness in armoured vehicles.
 
DigitalCrew is sensor and platform agnostic, with key features including:

  • Object Classification
  • Turbulence Correction
