Vision Engineering will present a holistic suite of solutions designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern Industry 4.0 environments. By bringing together its cutting-edge Metrology systems, flagship Inspection range and its innovative Technology Partnership division, the Group is offering a unique, end-to-end proposition. This combined offering empowers manufacturers to not only measure and inspect with unprecedented accuracy but also collaborate on custom-engineered solutions that drive operational efficiency, reduce waste and accelerate time-to-market.

At the forefront of the metrology display is the highly anticipated Edge metrology system. Designed to bridge the gap between complex analytical measurement and rapid, shop-floor quality control, Edge delivers rapid, highly accurate, and repeatable measurements in a compact footprint. It is built to seamlessly integrate into smart factory workflows, providing production teams with intuitive data capture and uncompromising precision.

Alongside Edge, Vision Engineering will showcase the LVC 400, a fully automated 3-axis video measurement system. Engineered for large components and high-throughput multi-part measurement, the LVC 400 is the ultimate solution for demanding manufacturing environments. Together, these systems demonstrate the Group’s commitment to providing scalable metrology solutions that ensure absolute compliance and elevate product quality across the entire production cycle.

Vision Engineering’s legacy of ergonomics continues to evolve with its flagship inspection range, all of which will be live on the stand. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the Mantis PIXO, the latest iteration of the globally renowned eyepiece-less stereo microscope. Mantis PIXO redefines operator comfort, offering 3D optical clarity that significantly reduces eye strain and fatigue during prolonged inspection or rework tasks.

The stand will also feature the award-winning Lynx EVO, an advanced ergonomic stereo microscope delivering exceptional 3D depth perception and high-resolution imaging, vital for intricate electronics and precision engineering tasks. For those seeking digital capabilities, the new Evo Cam HALO will be demonstrated. This ultra-high-definition digital inspection system provides remarkable image quality, sophisticated image capture and seamless data sharing for collaborative quality control. Rounding out the inspection showcase is the Proteq VISO, a compact and versatile digital 3D system designed to tackle the most challenging industrial inspection requirements with unparalleled clarity and ease of use, whilst enabling new collaboration opportunities through real time digital 3D image streaming.

The company will also be featuring its Technology Partnership division. Vision Engineering's Technology Partnerships division offers certified UK contract manufacturing for businesses that need a reliable production partner. Working across aerospace and defence, medical and industrial programmes, the division takes products from first prototype through to repeat production, with full documentation, traceability and quality controls (ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and JOSCAR registered).

Vision Engineering is also extending a unique invitation to all Smart Factory Expo attendees. Rather than just viewing standard demonstrations, visitors are actively encouraged to bring their own challenging components, material samples, early-stage prototypes and solution ideas directly to their stand.

Phillip Townend, Group Marketing Manager at Vision Engineering Group, said: “We believe the best way to understand the transformative power of our technology is to see it applied to your own products and solution ideas. By bringing your specific quality control challenges or engineering concepts to our stand, our team of metrology experts, inspection specialists and partnership engineers can provide real-time, hands-on evaluations. It is a unique opportunity to collaborate live, test our systems against your exact requirements.”
