Goldilock partners with Kite for UK distribution

The NATO-backed cybersecurity specialist behind physical connection controller FireBreak, Goldilock, has today announced Kite Distribution as its primary UK distributor, to help it meet growing demand for more robust and practical ways to protect critical networks in the face of persistent cyber threats.

At a time when many organisations across the country are struggling with the exposure that overconnected systems and complex IT environments are creating, the new partnership gives more UK resellers greater access to Goldilock’s unique approach to cybersecurity – on-demand physical network isolation that enables complete control over smart disconnection.

Turning demand into real protection on the ground requires a partner that can help organisations cut through channel complexity and deliver practical deployment to the types of organisations that will most benefit from physical network isolation. Kite Distribution was selected for its strong UK market focus and five decades of experience in scaling transformative security technologies. The team has a proven track record supporting organisations across high-risk sectors, including critical national infrastructure, government, defence, enterprise IT, and operational technology in industries such as healthcare, finance, telecoms and manufacturing.

Kite will support resellers with quoting, logistics, technical expertise and marketing support, whilst also driving pipeline growth and adoption through its established channel network. Its strengths in anti-malware, digital identity management, endpoint protection and zero trust make its expertise a strong fit for Goldilock, whose physical network isolation technology adds a critical layer-1 blanket defence to modern cybersecurity stacks.

High-profile breaches are on the rise and organisations are increasingly looking to strengthen their layered security strategies. Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other software-based defences remain essential tools for safeguarding networks, but Goldilock’s patented FireBreak technology adds a powerful new dimension. By enabling physical disconnection of networks and devices from the internet – remotely and instantly without relying on software – FireBreak can take critical systems completely out of reach. As the only way to eliminate an attack surface entirely or contain a threat without pulling the plug to the entire network, physical isolation gives operators clear, provable control over connectivity – a capability that’s seeing growing demand across sectors looking to strengthen resilience without sacrificing access or usability.

“As IT environments get ever-more complex, organisations are juggling layered security tools and chasing vulnerabilities, yet they still lack real control over security,” said Steven Brodie (above right), Chief Revenue Officer at Goldilock. “Our on-demand physical isolation gives them a simple, instant way to take critical systems off the attack surface when required or scheduled, minimising exposure with minimal impact on operations. Partnering with Kite puts that power directly into the hands of the business leaders who need it the most.”

“Organisations are asking for cybersecurity tools that not only protect them, but hand back control” said Stuart Nairne-Clark (above left), Director at Kite Distribution. “Goldilock’s hardware-based isolation fills a clear gap in a complete security stack and we’re proud to help bring it to market at scale.”
