ACS announces new global management team in its Exec Jet division

Aircraft charter provider, Air Charter Service (ACS), has announced some new appointments in its executive jet division's management team.

Ruan Courtney, who has been with the company for 15 years, moves to group director of executive jets. Courtney has held a number of roles since joining ACS in both the cargo and executive jets departments, as well as running ACS’s North American operations before becoming international development director. He will be using all his experience to manage the company’s ever growing global executive jets team, as well as overseeing the rollout and progress of the company’s brand new jet card – the Lindbergh Card.

Working with Ruan Courtney in his new role will be Gavin Copus. Copus takes up the position of business development director of executive jets after moving back to the UK from the company’s Hong Kong office. Copus took up the management of ACS’s passenger department in the London headquarters more than a decade ago and oversaw its significant growth before moving to the Far East to become head of the company’s Hong Kong office in early 2009. Alongside Ruan Courtney he will be looking to drive the department forward by securing key global accounts and partnerships.
