C3IA Solutions, based in Poole, works across the private and public sectors and now has more than 130 staff based at its HQ, around the UK and abroad.

Andy said: “After leaving the Royal Signals in 2003 I went into the defence industry and worked alongside C3IA Solutions, so I know what a superb company it is.

“I served alongside a number of its staff when I was in the Royal Signals so it’s felt like a bit of a reunion.

“With so many ex-service personnel at the company the culture is familiar and I think that is one reason for its rapid organic growth.

“I will be based in Monmouthshire in South Wales and I’m already busy with interesting contracts.

“It is a fantastic opportunity to bring my knowledge and skills and contribute to the continued success and growth of an agile and highly regarded SME exploring new markets and opportunities.”

Steve Brown from the company said: “We are delighted that Andy is joining our team.

“He is highly experienced and adds to our increasing number of staff who work across the country and abroad supporting our public and private sector clients.”
