Chloe (above) joins Ascent from Babcock International Group, where she has worked since 2014, building a strong career within Defence Support, particularly within the Aviation domain.

Since August 2023, Chloe has been the Managing Director of Babcock’s UK Aviation business, which delivers critical and vital aviation services to the defence and civil sectors.

More recently, she has taken on an additional role as a Non-Exec Director on the Board of Ascent. She therefore joins the Ascent team with a strong understanding of its business and its work with the UK’s Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS).

Chloe’s appointment reflects her expertise in Aviation Operations and her strategic leadership across defence and emergency services.

She is also passionate about inclusion within the workplace and has supported the launch and development of an inclusion steering board and working group at Babcock, specifically across the Land and Air Domains, aimed at ensuring the organisation is a place where anyone can thrive.

Ascent’s teams across the UK look forward to welcoming Chloe to the business early in November.
