Donite Plastics appoints Robbie Marsh as Quality and Process Improvement Manager

Donite Plastics, the Saintfield-based thermoforming company, has appointed Robbie Marsh as its Quality and Process Improvement Manager.

With extensive experience in quality management, supplier quality assurance and manufacturing processes, Robbie brings with him a deep understanding of relevant industry standards, lean manufacturing methodologies, continuous improvement processes and knowledge in effectively managing cross-functional teams.

In his new role, Robbie will oversee Donite Plastics’ Quality Management System, the creation of process optimisation and customer experience strategies and leverage his expertise to develop innovative processes that streamline production, reduce waste and further enhance product quality.
