Simon Geere, CEO of Farnborough Airport, commented: “Achieving the number one ranking in the Professional Pilot PRASE Survey for 19 years is a remarkable milestone for Farnborough Airport.

"This recognition, based on direct feedback from our customers, is a testament to the consistency, professionalism and exceptional service delivered by our team every day. We are incredibly proud to continue setting the standard for business aviation in Europe.”

Farnborough Airport achieved a score of 9.56 in the 2026 Professional Pilot PRASE Survey, an annual benchmark based on customer feedback on aviation ground services. The rankings are determined by senior aviation professionals, including executives in charge of flight departments, aviation managers, chief pilots and CEOs, who provide their evaluations to Professional Pilot magazine each year.

Simon Geere added: “To be consistently recognised by the industry we serve is hugely meaningful. We remain focused on investing in our infrastructure, sustainability initiatives and customer experience to ensure we continue to evolve alongside our clients’ needs. This award reflects the dedication of our entire team and we thank everyone who took the time to vote.”
