The acquisition, which was finalised earlier this month, comes as part of the aero engine MRO supplier’s wider ambitions to develop the company in a carefully laid out expansion plan that will culminate in 2021.

Despite continued challenges in the aviation sector, Farsound Aviation has committed fully to a comprehensive growth plan that will see the company expand its facilities for supplying C-Class, B-Class and other fast-moving-consumable-parts and kitted solutions for the global aero-engine MRO sector.

Lee Kelsey, Group Sales Director at Farsound Aviation, said: “Our new building will give us the space we need to grow Farsound Aviation. We are planning for the future, knowing that business within our industry will pickup.

"We are delighted that we have been able to find such suitable space right next to our existing facilities and are looking forward to what the future holds for our newly expanded UK HQ.”
