Foremost Electronics gains JOSCAR and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation

Engineering led Essex based importer and specialist distributor of electromechanical components, Foremost Electronics, has now achieved JOSCAR accreditation.

Engineering led Essex based importer and specialist distributor of electromechanical components, Foremost Electronics, has now achieved JOSCAR accreditation.

JOSCAR is a collaborative tool used by the aerospace, defence and security industry to act as a single source for pre-qualification and compliance information.

Global Manufacturers of aerospace and defence systems use this tool to find accredited suppliers with the right infrastructure and policies to support their needs.  Using JOSCAR end users can determine if a supplier is “fit for business” before designing them into new or existing projects.

In addition to their JOSCAR listing, Foremost have also achieved Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification. This demonstrates that the company have robust and secure IT systems in place to safely communicate with customers in sensitive markets.
