G4S appoints Eddie Aston as UK & Ireland CEO

G4S has announced that it has appointed Eddie Aston as its Regional CEO – UK & Ireland.

Eddie (right) joined the group as Group Chief Operating Officer in July this year with responsibility for service excellence, risk management and controls, group procurement and group IT.

Eddie joined the group from DHL where he held a number of executive level roles over the last 13 years.

At DHL Eddie held several CEO roles and has considerable experience and success in running large scale P&L, delivering transformational start up's and business turn around in a service related industry.

Prior to joining DHL, Eddie worked in a number of senior supply chain and commercial roles at Wincanton, Bookers Tesco and Unigate.
