This cutting-edge system combines speed, flexibility and simplified integration to transform handheld and robotic inspection processes.

Hyperscan provides a high-resolution data stream with an instant start, without the need for operators to position reference targets to the part, eliminating unnecessary preparation time. Hole Flash Capture automatically detects and highlights holes during scanning, reducing manual input and speeding up inspection. Advanced edge recognition adapts to surface variability, ensuring more consistent performance across a wide range of materials.

The scanner meets rigorous quality and performance benchmarks that are certified according to VDI/VDE 2634-3 standards and validated by an ISO 17025 accredited lab. Its best-in-class 610 x 640mm scan area, enabling users to perform fast accurate scanning of parts of up to 7m. Its high-resolution scanning is completed by multimode flexibility so that fine details, sharp edges and large surfaces in one seamless workflow, with no need for multiple scanners.

The optical tracking function helps maintain accuracy even when the workpiece or operator is moving, or in vibrating conditions.

Integration with metrology workflows and robotic systems
A one-click transfer interface works instantly, reducing processing time and improving efficiency for sites using leading metrology software such as PC-DMIS, Inspire, SpatialAnalyzer and third-party software.

Hyperscan is automation-ready, easily integrated with most suppliers of rotary tables, industrial robots and cobots via the dedicated kit, as well as PRESTO automated inspection cell solutions.

Designed to meet the demands of the most complex industrial environments, HYPERSCAN is a natural fit in fields such as automotive, aerospace, energy, and precision manufacturing. Thanks to its speed and flexibility, it supports both on-line inspection and the inspection of large or critical components, offering manufacturers a versatile and robust tool to secure quality and optimise their processes.

It is now available in the UK and globally in two models, the Hyperscan Ultra that has a range of up to 5.5 m and the Hyperscan Super which provides an extended range of up to 7 m and capture speeds of up to 8.3 million points/second, for large-scale components.
