Graduates from the 2022 intake have already made an impressive impact and have been involved in several exciting projects from a mentor session with senior leaders in the business to sustainability and digitalisation and soon they will be visiting IAG Cargo’s hub at Madrid Barajas Airport.

Caroline Andrews, Chief People Officer at IAG Cargo said: “I am delighted to open applications for a new cohort of graduates following such a successful 2022 intake. Since our graduate scheme began eleven years ago, they have become a vital part of our success and an important talent pool for IAG Cargo. Working with high-performing teams across the business our graduates are nurtured and supported in a collaborative environment to help them fulfil their true potential and develop into future leaders.

“IAG Cargo is a really exciting place to be right now, in addition to our great incentives, newly refurbished gym and discounted travel we’re investing more in our people, creating an environment where everyone can perform at their best and grow their careers. I’m looking forward to welcoming the next generation of talent and fresh perspective into the business and wish the best of luck to all those applying.”

Ben Ordever, Logistics Graduate at IAG Cargo commented: “This programme has allowed me to take responsibility within a number of projects right from the start, working with people across different sectors and taking inspiration from key leaders. No day is the same; new problem-solving opportunities arise regularly, making each day interesting and unique.”

Based at IAG Cargo’s head office at London Heathrow, successful graduates will have the opportunity to join a global, diverse, and inclusive team where the culture encourages everyone to bring their true selves to work. They will receive a competitive salary and participate in the   Company Bonus Plan, enjoying a number of company funded and voluntary benefits  including discounted flights.
