Ideagen launches rebranded PleaseReview

UK-based software firm, Ideagen, today announced it has launched its rebranded collaborative document co-authoring, review and redaction software, Ideagen PleaseReview.

PleaseReview, which allows users to control and manage all aspects of document creation and review, joined Ideagen’s product suite following the acquisition of PleaseTech Ltd in March 2017.

The software is heavily used in the Life Sciences, Defence and Infrastructure & Construction industries and was featured by leading analysts, Gartner, in its Cool Vendors Guide in 2013.

Ideagen has now rebranded the product to bring it in line with its family of software solutions including Q-Pulse, Pentana Audit, Pentana Performance and Coruson.

Zoe Wright, PleaseReview Product Manager for Ideagen, said: “PleaseReview helps organisations to improve operational efficiency and performance, manage compliance and oversight and mitigate certain categories of risk.

“By streamlining and simplifying the document review process, the software ends the ‘track changes nightmare’, making life easier and less stressful for document owners and reviewers as it reduces the total number of review cycles required.”

The PleaseReview product is an enterprise-grade software application that helps organisations control and manage all aspects of the document review process.

Zoe added: “Although rebranded, the product will remain the same in regards to functionality and user experience and is available either cloud-hosted or on-premise.

“PleaseReview users are often those in large enterprises for whom document review is business-critical. Integrating PleaseReview under the Ideagen umbrella immediately strengthens our standing and offerings for Operational Risk Management and Corporate Compliance and Oversight.”

Ideagen PleaseReview will be officially launched at the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) annual conference and 5th Global QA events.

The AMWA conference is taking place in Florida between November 1st and 4th. As well as the launch of PleaseReview, Ideagen’s Zoe Wright will present a Word Masterclass to delegates.

Meanwhile, the 5th Global QA Conference will take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and is being hosted by the RQA with the theme of ‘One World – Challenging the Global Boundaries’.
