Jumpstart was acquired by ABGi, the consulting arm of French listed technology business Visiativ, in January of this year and this rebrand marks the next stage in the integration of the UK business into the international portfolio of ABGi.

The ABGi team is keen to stress that while the name changing companies can expect to continue to work with the same people and proven processes that have delivered over 5,000 successful R&D tax credit claims for more than 1,500 clients in the UK over the last 11 years.
