MSP acquires Irvine Spring Company Ltd

Redditch based Micro Spring & Presswork Ltd (MSP), one of the UK's leading suppliers of springs and presswork, has acquired Irvine Spring Company Ltd (ISC) of Ayrshire, Scotland. MSP is owned by Swedish industrial group Indutrade AB.

MSP, an ISO9001, AS9100 and NADCAP accredited company, manufactures high quality springs, presswork and assemblies for industries including aerospace, oil & Gas, nuclear, high tech manufacturing and medical.

ISC has been trading for over 50 years and over that time has built an enviable reputation for customer support, innovation and exceptional value to a wide range of international high tech customers.

ISC will receive substantial investment and support from MSP and its ultimate parent Indutrade AB to ensure it remains at the forefront of customer service and support for many years to come. Neil Matthews, MSP’s Operations Director with many years experience has taken up the position of ISC’s Managing Director.
