Nemco secures AS9100 accreditation

Stevenage based Nemco Ltd - the UK based contract electronic manufacture (CEM) and electronic manufacturing services (EMS) provider - today announced it has achieved AS9100 accreditation.

AS9100, the internationally recognised aerospace industry quality management standard, was awarded following extensive audits at Nemco’s Stevenage facility. The approval strengthens their ISO 9001 accreditation and comes on the back of the UK Aerospace and Defence industry’s SC21 award achieved by Nemco in 2012. The SC21 programme aims to deliver a globally competitive UK supply chain within the aerospace, defence, security and space sectors.
