Rolls-Royce wins Trent 700 order from Hawaiian Airlines

Rolls-Royce has won an order from Hawaiian Airlines for Rolls-Royce Trent 700 engines to power an additional Airbus A330 aircraft, supported by Rolls-Royce's engine service support, TotalCare.

The airline already operates 23 Rolls-Royce powered A330 aircraft, and has previously placed an order for six A330neo aircraft, to be powered by the Rolls-Royce Trent 7000 engine.

Marc Kup, Senior Director Fleet Transactions, Hawaiian Airlines, said: “We are very pleased to have selected the Rolls-Royce Trent 700 engine to power our new Airbus A330. This has proved to be a winning combination for us, delivering impressive efficiency and durability.”
