Throughout his career at SeaKing, Blaise has led major projects both in the UK and internationally, earning a reputation for his technical expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality results. His appointment is a natural progression that not only recognises his achievements to date but also reflects SeaKing’s commitment to nurturing home-grown talent and investing in the future leadership of the business.

Blaise takes over the role from Martin Sealeaf, one of SeaKing’s original founders and a long-standing Director. Martin has been central to SeaKing’s growth and success since its formation, and he will now move into a wider Group Managing Director position. In this new role, Martin will focus on strategic development, partnerships, and future growth opportunities across the wider group of businesses.

Commenting on his new role, Blaise said: “It’s an honour and a privilege to step into the role of Managing Director at SeaKing. Having grown within the business, I’m immensely proud to now lead our team and to continue building on the values and reputation that SeaKing is known for. I look forward to working closely with our people, our clients, and our partners as we take on the next stage of growth.”

With Blaise taking on the leadership of the business, I’m confident we have the right person to drive day-to-day operations forward, while I focus on the long-term strategic direction of the wider group. This is an exciting next chapter for SeaKing and the businesses alongside it.”

With this strengthened leadership structure, SeaKing is well-positioned to continue supporting the marine, defence, and industrial sectors with high-quality engineering solutions, while looking ahead to new opportunities both in the UK and internationally.
