Sustainable Skies World Summit to host IATA SAF training

The Sustainable Skies World Summit 2026 will be hosting an International Air Transport Association (IATA) training session on Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) in addition to its conference programme, taking place 17th–18th March 2026 at the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre.

Designed for industry professionals working at the forefront of aviation sustainability, the IATA training course 'Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF) – Building a Long-Term Sustainable Aviation Industry' provides a comprehensive, classroom-based learning opportunity during the two-day event.

Upon completion of this course, students can expect to gain a comprehensive understanding of the critical role of SAF in achieving aviation’s net zero carbon emissions by 2050 ambitions, evaluate SAF’s environmental and operational benefits, explore the core elements involved in assessing, procuring, and promoting global SAF adoption, recognise the key stakeholders driving the development of the global SAF ecosystem and address some of the challenges associated with SAF implementation.
