Wallwork returning to Southern Manufacturing 2026

Wallwork Group will be returning to Southern Manufacturing 2026 - being held 3rd–5th February 2026 at the Farnborough International Exhibition Centre - with a significantly expanded capability, showcasing the hard coatings, heat treatments and advanced thermal processing solutions they supply.

The company will spotlight an impressive range of technologies including, hot isostatic pressing, PVD and PVECD coatings, heat treatments, plasma nitriding, vacuum carburising and vacuum brazing. With full-service mechanical testing, all backed by UKAS-certified laboratories, this integration of services from Wallwork allows customers to streamline production workflows, reduce supply chain complexity and achieve consistent, repeatable quality from prototype to volume manufacture.

A major development since last year’s show is the installation of a second Quintus Technologies HIP (above). This latest investment brings total HIP capital expenditure to £20 million, which demonstrates Wallwork’s commitment to supporting component manufacturers in the aerospace and defence sectors. These additional capabilities give customers access to greater capacity, shorter lead-times and assures confidence in the structural integrity and performance of their mission-critical components.

Quality assurance is central to Wallwork’s operations. With EN9100 and Nadcap accreditations, alongside multiple approvals from aerospace primes, Wallwork meets robust regulatory and performance standards. The company’s commitment to continuous improvement ensures that coatings and processes are developed in close collaboration with OEMs to solve wear, corrosion, fatigue and friction challenges across high-performance applications.

Wallwork is a fully UK-owned and ITAR-compliant partner and dependable supplier for organisations requiring stringent safeguarding of sensitive technologies. Coupled with its nationwide network of facilities and logistics support, Wallwork delivers an end-to-end service model that enhances component durability, reduces weight, optimises efficiency and helps refine manufacturing workflows.
