With over 66 years of experience in heat treatment innovation, Wallwork is the one-stop-shop for aerospace and defence manufacturers seeking high-performance thermal processes. Across four strategically located UK sites, the company offers heat treatment, hot isostatic pressing (HIP), vacuum brazing and precision-applied ultra-hard coatings. These are critical in enhancing the strength, performance and longevity of mission-critical components.

Hot Isostatic Pressing will be the highlight of the stand. Due to demand from customers across Europe and beyond, the company brought forward a £10 million investment in a second Quintus Technologies hot isostatic press. Making £20 million invested since 2023 in HIP alone. The company has also expanded other core services across the group. The additional HIP will be operational soon and provides greater capacity and flexibility in component loading.

Fully ITAR compliant and holding Nadcap, EN9100, and multiple aerospace prime approvals, Wallwork is a trusted partner to global defence OEMs and tier suppliers. Their rigorous quality systems and technical excellence ensure compliance with defence standards. Wallwork treats components used in programmes across all military spheres – air force, land army and naval applications – supporting everything from engines to structural parts and specialist discrete components.

“We understand the precision and reliability our defence clients demand,” explained, group sales manager, Howard Maher. “DSEI gives us a unique platform to engage directly with defence programme managers, engineers and procurement teams looking for a 100 percent UK-based capability with international reach, longevity and vast cross-industry experience.”

Visitors to the Wallwork stand will have the chance to speak with the company’s technical expert team, explore case studies and learn how Wallwork’s thermal processing technologies are helping shape the next generation of defence systems, driven by continual investment in new facilities, equipment and technical expertise, to remain in the vanguard of materials engineering for defence and aerospace innovation.
