Wizz Air today announced a new route from Birmingham to Wroclaw

The route will commence on 18 March and will be operated with two weekly flights, on Mondays and Fridays.

Tamara Mshvenieradze, Corporate Communications Manager at Wizz Air, said: “We are thrilled to announce today excellent news for our UK customers. From 18 March we will fly from Birmingham to Wroclaw every Monday and Friday, making it ideal to visit the historical capital of Silesia for short city breaks. WIZZ now offers five routes to three countries from Birmingham. With fares from only GBP 15.49 we urge our customers to book the lowest fares today on wizzair.com.”

William Pearson, Birmingham Airport’s Aviation Development Director, said: “Launching from Birmingham in September this year, Wizz has gone from strength to strength and now already operates to Warsaw and Budapest, and will be commencing Poznan later this month and Bucharest in May. This additional service to Wroclaw from March will give direct access for the first time from Birmingham and I’m certain it will be popular with those visiting relatives and for short leisure breaks.”
