With over 15 years’ experience across the aerospace industry, spanning engineering, manufacturing, strategy and commercial roles, Holly is the latest individual to join the ADS senior leadership team, bringing a wealth of expertise to help the trade association champion the UK aerospace sector.

Prior to joining ADS, Holly was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising organisations across the aerospace, automotive and infrastructure sectors and leading complex transformation programmes spanning strategy, operations and supply chain performance.

Aerospace is one of the UK’s greatest industrial success stories, supporting highly skilled jobs, driving innovation and delivering economic growth across the country.

“There are huge opportunities ahead for the sector and I look forward to working with ADS members, policymakers and industry partners to ensure the UK is in the strongest possible position to seize them and build on our capabilities.”
