Bristol Airport seeks Facilities Management Services

Bristol Airport is inviting expressions of interests from potential partners to take part in a two-stage tendering process for the provision of its Facilities Management Services at the Airport.

Bristol Airport is inviting expressions of interests from potential partners to take part in a two-stage tendering process for the provision of its Facilities Management Services at the Airport.

Bristol Airport has a requirement to ensure that the business operates in accordance with its regulatory obligations regarding hard facilities management and to ensure a safe environment for its’ customers, airlines, ground personnel and staff.

The Facilities Management Services provider will support the Airport in its legislative requirements to manage and maintain its hard facilities which may include but not limited to:

Heating Ventilation

Air Conditioning
Water Monitoring
Heating
Lighting

The procurement will run to the following timetable with suitable suppliers being able to express an interest and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) through its e-tendering system In-Tend by 29th March 2022.

The anticipated timescales for this procurement are as follows:-

Contract Term: Three years with the option to extend for up to a period of five years

We are looking for key business partners to provide a first-class service to our customers, airlines and other partners based at the Airport meeting the same core strategic values.”
