Gardner Aerospace appoints Dominic Cartwright as CEO

Dominic Cartwright (above) joined Gardner Aerospace as VP Business Development in July 2018 and, in his new role as CEO, will look to treble the size of the business through operational excellence, international expansion and the development of new technologies.
Dominic said: “I’m incredibly proud to have been appointed as Gardner Aerospace’s CEO and am relishing the opportunity to oversee the next phase of the company’s development. With the support of our parent company Ligeance Aerospace Technologies (LAT), we are continuing our international expansion and the years ahead promise to be significant.”
Dominict has more than 25 years’ industry experience, having held leadership roles in business development, engineering and operations within aerospace companies of various sizes, including Lucas Industries, Goodrich, Smiths Aerospace, GE and United Technologies.
Gardner Aerospace is committed to becoming a global top‐five aerospace detailed parts manufacturer by 2023, with a dedication to offering customers a much broader product and service offering, permitting the company to further aggregate commodities and increase its capacity in making parts of various complexity and size in best cost locations.
Dominic concluded: “Now we have exceeded annual revenue levels of $300 million, our goal is to become one of the top 75 Aerospace companies by 2023, through acquisition and organic growth. This is a challenge that the entire global workforce is committed to and it is going to be very exciting to both develop existing customer relationships and harness new ones over the coming years.”
