Goshawk appoints its own management team
Until now the business has been serviced by Investec. Eight people have transitioned out of Investec into Goshawk including Ruth Kelly as Chief Executive Officer, Peter Watson as Chief Commercial Officer, Andy Carlisle as Chief Operations Officer and Anand Ramachandran as Head of Corporate Finance, Treasury and Tax.

Wizz Air, the largest low-cost, low-fare airline in Central and Eastern Europe, has a sale and leaseback agreement with Goshawk Aviation Limited for Airbus A320 aircraft.
Goshawk, headquartered in Dublin, is in the process of hiring additional staff to build out its team. As Goshawk continues to expand and add to its own resources it will continue to benefit from ongoing support and services from the Investec aviation business. Goshawk is focused on building a portfolio of young in-production aircraft, and currently has a committed portfolio of 56 aircraft, the majority of which have delivered, with an attributable value of approximately $2.3 billion.
Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited, the Hong Kong-based private investment holding company founded by Dato’ Dr. Cheng Yu-Tung, currently owns 40% of Goshawk. Mr. Patrick Tsang, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited, said: "CTFE as a founding shareholder of Goshawk is excited to see the business move into this next phase. We plan to continue to grow the business over the coming years."
Mr. Brian Cheng, Executive Director of NWS Holdings Limited, the infrastructure and services flagship of New World Development Company Limited, and the other 40% owner of Goshawk, said “We will continue to work with the management team to expand Goshawk's fleet size and geographical footprint".
