Andre Turville (above) has taken the helm from Morphose’s founder, Nick Atherton, who stepped aside in the summer to focus on his other business interests, while continuing to support Morphose in an advisory capacity.

Since its inception in 2008, Morphose has been facilitating successful business exits, raising capital and securing debt finance. Under Andre’s leadership, Morphose will continue to serve its core, established sectors, whilst benefiting from Andre’s deep experience in SaaS, defence, energy and cleantech.

Andre brings a particular focus and unique perspective on defence, resilience and the industrial capabilities that underpin them. With experience across critical national infrastructure and emerging technologies, he is driving the expansion of Morphose’s defence and resilience platform. Andre leverages his extensive network across government, industry and investors to turn defence policy intent into scalable, investable opportunities for business.

At a time when NATO defence spending is forecast to reach $1.6 trillion, his ability to align defence priorities with capital and industrial capability, will be critical to advancing national interest and strengthening Morphose’s defence proposition.

With a career spanning roles as an investor, founder and operator across SaaS, defence, energy, supply chain and cleantech, Andre's track record includes founding and advising technology ventures, both hardware and software, ranging from small modular nuclear reactors to cybersecurity SaaS platforms. This dual perspective, as both operator and investor, enables him to support clients through every stage of growth, from early fundraising to successful exit.

Andre, CEO of Morphose commented: "Morphose has an exceptional reputation and a unique and highly experienced team of advisors, many have founded and exited their own businesses, often multiple times.  I’m excited and fortunate to take over the reins from Nick Atherton, who has accomplished so much since founding the business back in 2008. I’m confident that, with the combination of our exceptional team, clients, and deep investor reach, we’ll accomplish great things, and deliver real, long-term value to our clients, investors and shareholders."
