Founded in 2018, SolderKing has quickly built a strong reputation for its expertise in advanced soldering solutions and assembly materials. Serving industries from consumer electronics to automotive and medical devices, SolderKing’s extensive product range ensures the integrity of complex electronic systems. With a focus on technical excellence and tailored formulations, SolderKing is a trusted partner for electronics manufacturers worldwide.

Chris Ward, Chief Operating Officer at SolderKing said: “We are extremely proud to receive the King’s Award for Enterprise in recognition of our international trade growth. This achievement is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and innovation that has been at the core of SolderKing since we began.

“From the very beginning, we’ve focused on building strong international partnerships and expanding our reach in key markets. The company’s approach highlights how UK manufacturers can succeed in global markets. SolderKing has developed a flexible international trade model tailored to the specific needs of each region. This includes offering direct supply in selected countries, such as Ireland, alongside a carefully managed distributor network. The model ensures close customer support, technical expertise, and efficient market access, empowering the company to compete effectively in demanding sectors.

The King’s Awards for Enterprise, previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, were renamed in 2023 to reflect His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II’s by recognising outstanding UK businesses. The Award programme, now in its 59th year, is the most prestigious business award in the country.
