STAG to showcase A320 and B767 bulkheads at Aircraft Interiors Expo

The STAG Group announced today that it will be showcasing A320 and B767 bulkheads at the Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg, Germany, 5th - 7th April 2016.

Above: A320 bulkheads now in stock complete with removable colour matched cappings and optional features including handles, document pockets and 1/2 pitch foot fittings.

The bulkheads are now available for next day delivery complete with EASA Form 1 certification, with customisable variants also available for shipment within a week, including those with options for document pockets, baby bassinets and posy vase holders, plus incorporation of customers’ décor.

STAG reports that the ability of the product to be customisable on very short lead times, is due to the bulkheads’ innovative design: inserts ready to accept accessories are already incorporated and built-in features such as conduits ensure the product is future proofed to accommodate items such as on-board entertainment including monitors.

Commenting on the initiative designed for both the airline and MRO markets, Rick Crosby, Unit Director for the STAG Group said: “We have taken the concept of mass customisation and are applying it to the aircraft interiors market starting with bulkheads. We understand that at present we are the only company offering bulkheads from stock and, by incorporating inserts and conduits into our product, we believe we are unique in offering a truly future proofed, readily customisable divider.”

The STAG Group has already taken orders for its stocked bulkheads and plans to extend the range to include the B737 platform as the demand for the product grows.
