The Queen’s Terminal at Heathrow - popularly referred to as the Star Alliance terminal by passengers - serves as the base for 22 Star Alliance member airlines working seamlessly under one roof since 2014. Together, they facilitate smooth transfers and operations for over 13 million passengers annually, representing nearly 20% of the available seat capacity from the airport.

Outlining the strategic importance of member airlines working collectively at Heathrow Terminal 2, Theo Panagiotoulias continued: “Heathrow stands as a vital hub for our member airlines. We're proud to facilitate effortless experiences for thousands of passengers daily, from common check-in spaces and Gold Track security lanes, to expediting passengers to onward flights with the exclusive Star Connection Centre and a choice of four executive lounges.”
