This agreement is designed to enhance STS’s training offerings, expand capacity, and improve cost efficiency for both company and clients.

STS chose BSA for three key reasons. First, collaborating with BSA will give STS access to a broader range of aviation courses than previously available. Second, the partnership will allow STS to offer more frequent and flexible scheduling, reducing waiting times and improving accessibility for trainees. Third, the arrangement will help STS optimise costs according to course specialism and geographical region, enabling more sustainable and affordable training programmes.

Shonu Bamrah , Accountable Manager & Executive Director at BSA said: “Working closely with STS Aviation Services will allow us to deliver more opportunities for trainees across more regions and ensure that we both maintain the highest standards while making training more accessible and cost effective.

“This collaboration is an exciting step forward: it means more course variety, better schedule flexibility, and a shared commitment to excellence in aviation training.”

This collaboration enhances STS’s ability to offer specialised aviation training across regions where demand is growing. It reduces waiting times and improves access for students and staff seeking required aviation-type certifications. By optimising training costs through targeted delivery of courses by region and type, it reduces travel and downtime. Most importantly, the partnership strengthens the pipeline of qualified personnel for STS operations, supporting safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
