The programme is open to 15 to 18 year olds and will run from 24th July to 4th August.

Students will interact with industry professionals hearing more about their roles in the industry. The programme will be highly engaging informative, fully inclusive and accessible.

Sophie Jones, Head of Organisational Capacity at the UK Civil Aviation Authority, said: “Lift off – with the Civil Aviation Authority. Our programme with Springpod offers young people a unique insight into what a career in the aviation and aerospace sector entails.

“It is important to help young people get the skills they need to go onto pursue careers in STEM, and as the aviation and aerospace regulator we must play a vital role in encouraging young people to get involved in STEM.”
